The thoughts and aspirations of the voters.

Prior to the major election day, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels organized nearly 2,500 meetings between voters and candidates for the National Assembly , Provincial People's Council, and Commune People's Council. Candidates directly met with and listened to the thoughts, aspirations, and concerns of the people. Through these meetings, voters had the opportunity to better understand the capabilities, qualities, and integrity of the individuals they intended to vote for, ensuring their trust was well-placed. At these forums, voters expressed their enthusiasm and high regard for the quality of personnel in the new term, noting the young, qualified cadres and their practical action programs.

Entrusting their faith in the elected representatives, voters hope they will fulfill their promises, boldly reflect the legitimate concerns and aspirations of the people, and strengthen oversight of pressing issues such as combating corruption, waste, and environmental pollution.

In addition, voters frankly proposed many practical social welfare issues such as improving the quality of healthcare and education, policies for war veterans, and adjusting allowances for grassroots officials after the restructuring of the administrative apparatus. In particular, voters expect representatives to promote breakthrough solutions in production planning, administrative reform, and investment in essential infrastructure such as rural transportation, the power grid, and embankment systems to prevent landslides and protect people's lives.

Improving the quality of education is one of the issues that voters are particularly concerned about.
