On the evening of October 13, the National Costume competition of Miss Grand International 2025 took place in Bangkok (Thailand), gathering 77 contestants in unique designs, honoring the cultural identity of each country.
Vietnam representative - Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi performed the Thang Long Hoi costume by designer Nguyen Huy Hoang. The design was inspired by the art of water puppetry, recreating the image of the communal house by the lake, where folk stories are kept, carrying the message of preserving and spreading Vietnamese identity to the world .

Despite the rather cumbersome design, Yen Nhi still confidently performed, spinning many times on stage and performing an impressive dragon dance, receiving much applause from the audience.
