1,000 free rooms available during Ba Ria tourism week.

On the afternoon of December 6th, the Department of Tourism of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province held a press conference to announce the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Tourism Week 2024.

The Ba Ria - Vung Tau Tourism Week 2024 is a special event organized by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

With the theme "Let's go!!! Ba Ria - Vung Tau", the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Tourism Week will be held from December 27th to 29th in Vung Tau City (Quang Trung Street area - Tam Giac Park, Bai Truoc Beach) and Xuyen Moc District (Ho Tram area).

Vung Tau welcomes a large number of tourists during holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), or tourist weeks.

Throughout the week, there will be promotional activities showcasing OCOP products associated with traditional craft villages; a beer space; a check-in area and hot air balloon ride; the "symphony of the sea" culinary program; and various sporting events.

According to the Department of Tourism, visitors will be able to visit and take photos with 6 first-class hot air balloons (6-7m in diameter) hovering at an altitude of 15-25m; and 6 inflatable hot air balloons (6-7m in diameter) fixed on the ground.

In particular, visitors will have the opportunity to experience a free flight in a level 7 hot air balloon (20 m in diameter); the balloon will fly up to an altitude of 30 m and visitors will be able to take photos with the balloon using a drone during the experience.

In particular, the opening art program of the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Tourism Week will take place from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM on December 27th and will be broadcast live.

During the 2024 Ba Ria - Vung Tau Tourism Week, many travel companies offered free tours to explore and experience Vung Tau City for tourists.

Hotels and accommodations throughout the province will offer 1,000 free rooms (spread evenly across the days) along with promotional programs such as: discounts on services from 10% to 50%, complimentary buffet tickets, nightly live music, etc., to welcome and serve tourists.
