Park Hyatt Saigon , located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, is ranked third on the list. The hotel has French colonial architecture and is rated as "owning a prime location in the city center". Room rates start at over VND6.3 million.
The rankings are based on votes from a panel of experts and travelers who have experienced the properties in March and April. In addition to hotels, the awards also recognize the best swimming pools, spas and general managers from countries and territories including Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and the South Pacific region.
