On the morning of November 30th, at the Provincial Children's House, the Ca Mau Provincial Martial Arts Federation held a promotion exam, in accordance with the regulations of the Vietnam Taekwondo Federation.

Professional training and the 2025 National Taekwondo Rank Promotion Examination
Over 690 martial arts students will participate in the 2025 Taekwondo promotion exam.
Ca Mau aims to win 13 medals at the 2025 National Taekwondo Championships.
The competition involved 162 martial arts students, aged 6-17, who are members of the Provincial Children's Club.
Martial arts students undergo two tests: technique and physical fitness, to advance from white belt to yellow belt; from yellow belt to green belt; and up to levels 1, 2, and 3 red belt.

Martial arts students must perform basic techniques, including: hand and foot techniques; mandatory forms; three-form sparring and competitive forms.

The exam is not only a test of ability but also a selection process to recruit new talents to supplement the provincial Taekwondo team.
