Beyond simply providing support and moral encouragement, officers and soldiers also directly participated in labor days by "rolling up their sleeves" to transport materials, level the ground, demolish old houses, and assist with construction work, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and genuine sharing. From coastal areas and remote regions to ethnic minority communities, the image of police officers, militia members, and youth union members assisting in building houses for the people has become a beautiful mark in the hearts of the people.

In May, the atmosphere in Tan Thuan commune was bustling with activity as construction work progressed at various sites for disadvantaged households. Under the intense early summer sun, police officers, militia members, and local security forces diligently transported materials, dismantled old houses, and leveled the ground to accelerate construction progress. Implementing the emulation movement within the People's Police force, since the beginning of the year, the Tan Thuan commune police have assisted residents in leveling and dismantling 12 houses, with approximately 120 officers and soldiers participating. Each task was carried out with a high sense of responsibility, considering helping the people as their own duty. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Be Sil, Deputy Head of the Tan Thuan Commune Police, said: “Supporting the construction of houses for disadvantaged households not only helps people reduce labor costs but also creates a bond between the police force and the people at the grassroots level.”
