190 students participated in training to improve their skills in new rural construction

In order to improve the capacity of the staff participating in the implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Development, the Office of Coordination of National Target Programs of Lao Cai province coordinated with Thai Nguyen University Branch in Lao Cai province to organize a training course on new rural professional development in 2025.

The training course was attended by 190 trainees who are officers in charge of new rural areas and members of the Village Development Board in Bao Thang, Van Ban, Bat Xat districts and Sa Pa town.

The training content focuses on updating new regulations and guidelines for implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the 2021-2025 period; skills in planning, organizing implementation and monitoring program contents at the grassroots level.

In addition, students are equipped with knowledge about rural environmental protection, digital transformation in new rural construction and application of mechanisms and policies to encourage rural economic development; visit some typical models in the province.

The training course aims to improve skills and expertise for grassroots staff.

The training course helps improve skills and expertise for grassroots staff, creates conditions for exchange and experience sharing between localities, contributing to improving the effectiveness of implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in the province.

As planned, the training program will take place over 3 days (from June 16 to 18), including 2 days of theory and 1 day of practice.
