Three young men, armed with knives, roamed the streets of Da Nang searching for their rivals.

On October 31st, the Son Tra District Police ( Da Nang ) identified three young men who were seen carrying knives on the street, causing panic among residents.

The three young men are Nguyen Trong D. (16 years old), Huynh Van N. (17 years old), and Tran Thuan H. (14 years old, all residing in Man Thai ward, Son Tra district).

The group confessed that due to a conflict on social media, they arranged to meet their rival at the foot of the Dragon Bridge to fight. N. was driving the motorbike with D. riding behind, both carrying long-handled knives.

However, upon arriving at the meeting point, they couldn't find their opponent, so the whole group searched all over Da Nang for him.

All three arrived in front of Pham Ngoc Thach school (Nai Hien Dong ward, Son Tra district), encountered a stranger, and chased after him, getting close. At this point, D. used a knife to slash the back of the motorbike, causing the license plate to fall off.

Afterward, the three young men went to the area at the foot of Thuan Phuoc Bridge, removed their weapons, and dispersed.

The Son Tra District Criminal Police Team is coordinating with the Man Thai Ward Police to consolidate the case file and propose handling the matter according to the law.
