"Bach Hoa Bo Hanh" is an annual event aimed at honoring, introducing, and showcasing the beauty of traditional ethnic costumes, contributing to bringing Vietnamese traditional clothing closer to the public through tourism promotion activities. It is also a place for individuals and groups researching and collecting ancient costumes to share stories and experiences in preserving and promoting the value of Vietnamese traditional clothing.
