(CLO) With the participation of nearly 500 people, the 2024 "Bach Hoa Bi Hanh" Vietnamese Costume Festival is considered the largest ancient costume parade festival in Vietnam to date.
Within the framework of the Hanoi Creative Design Festival 2024, on the afternoon of November 17, in the central Old Quarter of Hanoi, the fourth "Bach Hoa Bi Hanh" Vietnamese Costume Festival took place.
With the participation of nearly 500 people, this year's "Bach Hoa Bi Hanh" Vietnamese Costume Festival is considered the largest ancient costume parade festival in Vietnam to date.

The parade is organized into many groups, including: cavalry, procession, children's music, cross-collar dress, traditional ao dai, Japanese dress, royal costumes, modernized ancient costumes and free Vietnamese costumes.
The group's route started from the National Museum of History, passed the Hanoi Opera House, August Revolution Square and entered the Hoan Kiem Lake walking street.
Thousands of people and tourists lined up along the historic streets to watch the procession pass by, creating a vibrant and captivating atmosphere.

The parade revived historical memories through costumes, while affirming creativity and the connection between tradition and modernity, bringing Vietnamese culture further in the context of global integration.
"Bach Hoa Bo Hanh" is an annual event to honor, introduce and demonstrate the beauty of traditional national costumes, contributing to bringing Vietnamese Ao Dai closer to the public through tourism promotion activities. This is also a place for individuals, research groups and collectors of traditional costumes to share stories as well as experiences in preserving and promoting the value of Vietnamese traditional costumes.
