According to statistics, the entire city has 224 examination centers with 5,300 non-specialized examination rooms and 385 reserve examination rooms arranged to serve the exam. The attendance rate of officials, teachers, and staff reached 99.93%, corresponding to 17,803 out of 17,816 people. Those absent were replaced by reserve teachers to ensure compliance with examination regulations.

Notably, the attendance rate for the exam reached 99.5%, with 123,467 out of 124,082 candidates present. According to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, 615 candidates were absent due to their intention to pursue vocational training, attend private schools, or for other reasons.

Additionally, five candidates across the city required assistance with their exams due to health issues and were provided with medical support.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training stated that the facilities at the examination sites have been fully prepared according to regulations. The sites have received sufficient stationery and are coordinating with the police force to implement plans to ensure safety and security inside and outside the examination areas. Each examination site is equipped with a backup generator.

Security measures such as protecting exam papers and answer sheets, the security camera system, food safety and hygiene, traffic management, and flood and storm prevention have also been strengthened to ensure the exam takes place safely and seriously.
