85 years - Our team grew up with the country.

On the afternoon of May 15th, the Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Children's Council organized a rally to commemorate the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization (May 15, 1941 - May 15, 2026).

Attending the ceremony were: Nguyen Ho Hai, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ca Mau province; Bui Tan Bay, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Phan Thanh Duy, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; along with nearly 400 cadres in charge of the Youth Union, teachers in charge of the Youth Union, and outstanding children from across the province.

Delegates perform the flag-raising ceremony according to the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization's protocol at the rally commemorating the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization.

Over 85 years of development and growth, under the guidance of the Youth Union, the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization of Ca Mau province has continuously grown stronger, becoming an important educational environment contributing to the cultivation of revolutionary ideals, morality, and life skills for children.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Dang Khoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and Chairman of the Provincial Children's Council, emphasized that the achievements of the province's children's movement today are the result of the persistent care, attention, and support of many generations of Youth Union and Children's Council officials . This is an important foundation for the Children's Council to continue to effectively fulfill its role in educating and caring for the younger generation.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai presented the Provincial Youth Union Council with a photograph of President Ho Chi Minh with children, commemorating the glorious 85-year tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization.

At the ceremony, the Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union Council commended and awarded 100 "Good Children of Uncle Ho" certificates at the provincial level for the 2025-2026 school year to outstanding members. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Tan Bay presented the "Good Child of Uncle Ho" certificate at the provincial level for the 2025-2026 school year to outstanding team members.

Mr. Pham Tuan Tai, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, presented tokens of appreciation to the generations of leaders of the Provincial Children's Council throughout the years.

Comrade Dao Hoang Nam, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and former Chairman of the Provincial Children's Council of Minh Hai province, shared memories and milestones from his time involved in the work of the Children's Council.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union awarded certificates of merit to 64 teachers in charge of the Youth Union who have achieved outstanding results in Youth Union work and children's movements.

Mr. Pham Tuan Tai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province and Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, affirmed that in the coming time, the Provincial Youth Union will continue to coordinate with departments and agencies to better care for children; focusing on building a strong Youth Union organization, improving the capacity of cadres in charge of children, and creating more healthy playgrounds for children to develop comprehensively.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and Chairman of the Provincial Children's Council, Tran Dang Khoa, presented awards to the outstanding teams and individuals at the "Singing Contest for Team Leaders".

Also at the ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented awards to outstanding teams and individuals at the "Singing Contest for Team Leaders" and the grand game in the "Pink Scarf for Younger Generations" journey.

The teachers and staff in charge of the Youth Union contributed 20 million VND to donate a playground project titled "Youth Union Leaders for Our Beloved Children" for the children of Thanh Tung commune.

Eighty-five years of glorious journey, the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization continues to affirm its role as an environment for educating, training, and nurturing the dreams of children; contributing to cultivating the young generation to become good citizens, building a more prosperous, civilized, and sustainably developed Ca Mau homeland.
