Anh Coffee Roastery
Address: Pasteur Street - Nguyen Dinh Chieu
The coffee shop is nearly 400 square meters wide, divided into many areas. Surrounding the shop are green spaces and tall trees along Pasteur Street, creating an airy feeling. Standing out in the center is the bar area with the fragrant smell of roasted coffee. Diners can choose to sit here if they are alone or want to inhale the aroma of coffee. The menu has a variety of coffees such as hand-brewed coffee, traditional filter coffee, and Italian-style coffee.

The unique space of the coffee shop has been praised by many foreign design magazines. American architecture magazine Architectural Digest once voted Anh Coffee Roastery as one of the 23 most beautiful coffee shops in the world in 2023. This coffee shop also received a silver award at the Vmark Design Award 2022 by the Ho Chi Minh City Design Association (VDAS) in the Best F&B Design category.
Bonjour Café The Art
Address: Thao Dien, Thu Duc City
This coffee shop is nestled in a small corner in the Tay Thao Dien neighborhood but has a prominent design, compared by many tourists to "a French girl in the middle of Saigon". The design has the romantic colors of the city of light Paris with two floors covered with colorful flower baskets. The shop also plays timeless French music, giving visitors the feeling of sitting in an ancient coffee shop in the capital of this country. The shop has a modest area of about 70 square meters but is full of light because of the many small windows. Drinks also include coffee, smoothies, and juices like many other shops. The dish that made the shop famous is milk coffee jelly.
Miss Ba Dong Khoi
Address: Dong Khoi Street, District 1
The shop is located on the first floor of a house in the center of Dong Khoi Street. The design of the shop is in the vintage style of the 80s. From wooden tables and chairs, old walls, decorative potted plants to souvenirs such as porcelain cups commonly used in the past, copper flower pots, all carry the breath of the old city. The highlight of the shop is the balcony view overlooking the Saigon River and the busy street in the city center.
Do Phu Coffee
Address: Dang Dung, District 1
This is a cafe combined with a restaurant, and at the same time a historical relic associated with the secret activities of the Saigon Special Forces. Do Phu Coffee has a unique culinary and architectural style of Saigon before 1975. The shop stands out with its old hand-lettered sign. In front of the entrance is a bronze sign with the words "Historical relic of the Secret Mailbox and the floating bunker of the Saigon Special Forces".

Inside, there are many valuable photos, papers, and documents about the Saigon Special Forces. Each clock, cassette player, oil lamp, watch, telephone, and wooden cabinet are living witnesses to a glorious time. Coming to the restaurant, visitors will see with their own eyes the unique structure of the special forces' bunkers.
Koi fish themed cafes
Besides the book cafe model, pet cafe in Ho Chi Minh City also has the Koi fish cafe model. These cafes are often arranged in a space close to nature with green trees, fish ponds, and miniature rockery. Customers can sip a cup of coffee amidst the fresh green scenery while watching colorful fish swimming in the clear lake. Du Mien Coffee Shop System
This system includes Mien Dong Thao cafe in Phu Nhuan district, Du Mien Garden in Go Vap district and Ngoi Nha Go cafe in Thu Duc city. The common point of these cafes is that they are located in a garden area of thousands of square meters. The cafes are all filled with green trees, separated from the sound of traffic on the street by the sound of trickling water. In the evening, the garden space is lit up by magical yellow lights, creating a romantic scene. However, garden cafes with many trees are prone to mosquitoes, visitors can bring insect spray to avoid mosquito bites.
Cong coffee system in Ho Chi Minh City
Amidst the constant stream of coffee shops popping up in Saigon, Cong cafes still have their own place. The first store of this coffee chain opened in 2007, tucked away on Trieu Vuong Street, Hanoi. The simple name "Cong" of the store is taken from the first letter of the national motto "Socialist Republic of Vietnam". To date, Cong has more than 60 stores across Vietnam and 10 stores in Korea and Malaysia.
Similar to Hanoi, Cong cafes in Saigon also retain the Vietnamese style of the subsidy period, but each location has a different decoration. For example, the cafe on Hai Ba Trung Street, District 1 is located in a small 3-storey house, overlooking Tan Dinh Church, and customers serve themselves. The cafe in Thao Dien is located in an old villa. The drinks here also attract many customers with simple dishes such as coconut coffee, silver coffee, snow lemon or tamarind. The cafe also regularly updates its menu with unique drinks.

In an area of up to 800 m2, Dabao Concept Co Do has two main spaces, indoor and garden. The yard is shaded by green trees that cast shadows on the walls that have faded over time. The interior space stands out with sophisticated carvings on the ceiling, pillars, ancient dark brown wooden tables and chairs, arched wooden doors with sculptures inspired by nature, and patterned tile floors.

Dabao Concept Dong Do is located in an alley in the middle of a crowded city center. The interior here is mainly made of wood and rattan, giving a rustic, close feeling. The outdoor space is a small lotus pond surrounded by many green trees.
Lacàph Coffee Experiences Space
Address: Nguyen Cong Tru, District 1
The shop opened at the end of 2022, with a mix of old and modern colors. The space here creates a cozy, intimate feeling with wooden materials, old-style black and white ceramic tiles and large windows overlooking the bustling city. The diverse collection of drinks here is also what attracts coffee lovers. The two dishes Phin Colada and Phin Con Panna with the flavor of tropical coffee are the names that many diners call. In addition, traditional coffees are also the pride of the shop and are loved by diners such as salt coffee and egg coffee. The seats in the shop are scientifically arranged, with a private corner for customers to chat and a quiet working corner.
