MITEC Company Party Cell: Maintaining the role of political core, leading the enterprise to sustainable growth

The Party Cell of MITEC Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 5th Congress, term 2025-2030 in a democratic and united atmosphere, clearly demonstrating its role as the political nucleus comprehensively leading all aspects of the enterprise's activities.

Enterprises grow strongly, contributing greatly to the State budget

According to the Political Report at the Congress, during the 2020-2025 term, the Party Cell has successfully completed the targets set out in the Resolution of the 4th Congress. The unit's leaders ensured stable production and business activities, maintained high income for workers and built a clean and strong Party organization. The role of strategic orientation, close supervision and effective coordination with the Board of Directors and the Company's Board of Directors was strongly promoted.

During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Cell always focuses on political and ideological work, ensuring that 100% of Party members study and fully grasp the Party's resolutions and directives. The work of organizing cadres is proactively and effectively implemented, with the appointment of capable Party members to key management positions (accounting for 9/14 managers of the entire Company). In particular, the fact that 4/5 members of the Board of Directors are Party members is a clear demonstration of the prestige and quality of the Party members at MITEC.

As a party organization operating in the model of a joint stock company, the Party Cell always steadfastly maintains its role in supervising the implementation of Party policies and State laws, ensuring that the enterprise operates in the right direction, effectively uses shareholder capital and fully fulfills tax obligations to the State.

Over the past 5 years, the Company has maintained a stable workforce of more than 100 highly qualified staff and experienced IT engineers; revenue growth averaged 15%/year, average dividends reached over 25%, total corporate income tax paid reached over 26 billion VND. The Company also contributed tens of billions of VND in import tax and other taxes.

MITEC continues to affirm its position as the leading information technology system integrator in Vietnam, a strategic partner of global technology giants such as IBM, Cisco, Dell, HP, Oracle... Many large-scale projects in the fields of banking, finance, digital government , data centers, security... have been successfully implemented.

Not only focusing on economic development, MITEC is also a pioneer in community activities. Typically in 2023, the Company donated 200 million VND and many gifts to build school infrastructure in Quan Son district, Thanh Hoa province, demonstrating a deep sense of social responsibility and tradition of mutual love.

New Vision - New Goal: Mastering Core Technology, Sustainable Growth

The Congress clearly defined the strategic orientation for the 2025-2030 term, which is: Continuing to promote the comprehensive leadership role of the Party Cell, closely coordinating with the Board of Directors and the Executive Board to maintain the pioneering position in the field of system integration, network security and digital transformation.

The focus in the new term is to build a strong Party cell, improve leadership capacity, master core technologies to serve the finance, banking, digital government sectors, and promote a humane, professional, and internationally integrated corporate culture.

In the period of 2025-2030, the unit development targets set by the Party Cell are as follows: Maintain an average revenue growth rate of 8-10% per year, stable growth in pre-tax profit, ensure minimum dividends according to the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders; maintain the occupancy rate of offices for rent at over 95%; ensure an average dividend of 20%/year; maintain an average income of 20 million VND/person/month or more...

Regarding Party building work, the Party Cell strives for 100% of Party members to fully study the Party's resolutions and directives; admit 2-3 new Party members during the term; all Party cell members and secretaries are trained and professionally developed.

Along with that, the Party Cell focuses on training a team of highly qualified engineers, ensuring that at least 10% of technical staff have international professional certificates, maintaining good welfare policies and a positive working environment.

At the Congress, comrade Dinh Phu Quoc, Secretary of the Party Cell for the 2020-2025 term, was re-elected as Secretary of the Party Cell for the 2025-2030 term. This is a testament to the trust, solidarity, and high unity within the entire Party Cell, and at the same time, acknowledges his responsible and effective contributions throughout the past term.

The Executive Committee of the Party Cell for the 2025 - 2030 term was introduced at the Congress.
