In the first nine months, Khanh Hoa province welcomed 9 million visitors, reaching its annual target ahead of schedule.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh, Director of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Tourism , the province has welcomed approximately 9 million visitors since the beginning of the year (compared to about 7.2 million in 2023).

Of these, over 3 million were international visitors, mainly from South Korea, China, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, etc., with the remainder being domestic tourists. Tourism revenue reached over 40,000 billion VND.

With these results, Ms. Thanh believes that Khanh Hoa's tourism industry has reached its target of 9 million visitors for the whole year ahead of schedule. This growth in visitor numbers and revenue is thanks to the local efforts in developing tourism products.

According to the plan, at the end of September, a delegation from Khanh Hoa province, led by Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - will travel to South Korea to promote investment, trade, and tourism, aiming to promote the image of Vietnam, especially Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa tourism.
