Ahead of her multi-day Munich tour, the Rolling in the Deep singer was interviewed by German broadcaster ZDF. When asked if she had plans to work on a new album soon to follow up her 2021 album 30 , Adele said that "my energy is pretty low" after her long run in Las Vegas - an emotional but exhausting experience.

Adele confirmed, "I don't have any new plans for music . I want to take a big break after everything, and try to do something different for a while. You know, I don't even sing at home anymore. It's weird, right?"
Adele has been telling fans over the past few nights that it will be a long time before her fifth album is released. According to Consequence , Adele told the audience at her Weekends with Adele show in Las Vegas in January that she didn't think she would "write an album for quite some time."
While Adele didn't reveal what other "creative things" she wants to do, Forbes reported that in 2023, she received approval to register a trademark in the UK for a forthcoming company called The Shelbourne Collective Limited. According to a copy of the filing, the company was registered under trademark 74100, which is for "specialized design activities."
At another point in the interview, Adele spoke candidly about her experience with fame, admitting that she missed the anonymity she felt before she was recognised everywhere. "I don't like being famous. I like making music and people accepting it and loving it... Because once I became known, I hated myself and I missed everything about who I was before I became famous," she said.
Adele has been performing a weekend residency in Las Vegas since November 2022 and recently completed her 90th show at Caesar's Palace, which holds 4,000 people. She was scheduled to end the tour with a final night on November 23.

According to the press release, Adele's Munich concerts will take place on August 2, 3, 9, 10, with additional dates on August 14, 16, 23 and 24. Here, the audience will see the singer appear in "open-air environments created specifically for these special performances".
The crowd is reportedly so keen to attend that the city of Munich has created a temporary stadium for the singer's 10-night residency, which will run throughout August. Adele announced the news on Instagram in late January.
The singer shared her reaction to the offer to perform at these special concerts: "I was too curious to not follow and immerse myself in this idea - a prefabricated stadium, designed specifically for this show? Oh!? Almost in the middle of Europe? In Munich? It seems a bit random, but it's great!".
