Agribank offers preferential consumer loans to officials, civil servants, public employees and workers receiving salaries from the state budget.

The subjects of the Program are cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers receiving salaries from the state budget who need consumer loans to serve their living needs, including: Buying houses, land, building new/renovating houses; repairing houses; Buying essential household items (TV, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioner, etc.); Means of transport (car, motorbike) and other consumer purposes according to current regulations of Agribank .

The lending interest rate is 1.0-1.5%/year lower than the normal lending interest rate of Agribank for customers who have used the salary payment service through an account opened at Agribank where the loan is made. For customers who have not used the salary payment service through an account opened at Agribank where the loan is made, the lending interest rate is 0.5-1.0%/year lower than the normal lending interest rate of Agribank.

The loan amount for customers without collateral is equal to 36 months' salary (maximum of VND 500 million). For customers with collateral, the loan amount is implemented according to current regulations of Agribank. The program is implemented for short, medium and long-term loans (loan term does not exceed the remaining working time of the customer) applied from June 12, 2023 to June 12, 2024 (The program may end earlier or be extended according to the decision of the General Director of Agribank).
