Also attending were representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors; members of the Arts Council; representatives of consulting units; artists, actors, students participating in the program and a large number of people.
At the two locations, delegates watched an art program with the theme " Bac Ninh - a thousand years of culture - Aspiration to rise in the new era" lasting about 120 minutes, including 3 chapters: Historical flow - A thousand years of culture; From traditional craft villages to the industrial capital of the North; Land of aspiration to shine.

The program is structured with an interweaving of artistic performances with animated scenes and dialogues, reportage films to create highlights, linking past and present events, arousing pride and the will to aspire in the new era...
One of the special highlights was the performance of 1,500 artists, extras and students from schools and art troupes to the song "Bac Bling" by singers Hoa Minzy and Tuan Cry.

The rehearsal took place seriously, closely following the approved script, with smooth connection between related departments. The performances ensured artistic quality, correct content structure, duration, expressing the depth of Bac Ninh culture, solidarity spirit and development aspirations. A large number of people enthusiastically came to watch and cheer for the artists.

Immediately after the rehearsal, at two locations, comrades Mai Son, Le Xuan Loi and representatives of departments, branches, and members of the Art Council met to evaluate and draw lessons. Through the comments, the provincial leaders directed the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with the event organizer to review and shorten the program duration; adjust the introduction and commentary to be consistent and accurate according to history; edit the layout to create highlights; illustrations and arrangement of supporting performers must be appropriate and uniform in costumes.
