Speed ​​up the implementation progress of Que Vo Industrial Park 2 expansion project and Nam Son - Hap Linh

BAC NINH - On the morning of October 4, Comrade Pham Van Thinh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee chaired a conference to review the progress of two infrastructure investment projects: Que Vo Industrial Park 2 Expansion and Nam Son-Hap Linh Industrial Park invested by Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation. Also attending were representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches and localities.

The Que Vo Industrial Park 2 expansion project has a scale of 140.34 hectares in the communes and wards of Chi Lang, Bong Lai, Que Vo and Phuong Lieu. Currently, the investor is closely coordinating with local authorities to promote propaganda work, accelerate site clearance progress and complete legal procedures according to regulations.

The project implementation process still faces certain difficulties. In light of this, the investor recommends that the Department of Construction consider putting the project dossier into the "green channel", creating favorable conditions for quick consultation and appraisal, ensuring the progress of dossier approval. At the same time, it is recommended that the competent authorities promptly approve the environmental impact assessment project and approve the investment policy of the clean water plant to create a premise for implementing the next steps of the project in a synchronous and effective manner.

Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park has a total planning area of ​​over 300 hectares, located in Nam Son ward and Tan Chi commune. Up to now, the site clearance work has achieved positive results with over 236 hectares handed over.

However, the remaining area is still facing many difficulties due to the lack of cooperation of some households, affecting the progress of the project. In this situation, the investor recommends that the local government strengthen its direction and take more drastic measures to remove difficulties, complete the site clearance work soon, and create favorable conditions for the implementation of the items.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Pham Van Thinh acknowledged the active participation of departments, branches and localities in the process of implementing industrial park projects. He emphasized that in the coming time, it is necessary to focus on drastic solutions to speed up progress and soon put the project into effective exploitation.

Regarding the investor's proposals, he assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and guide the full implementation of procedures according to regulations, including: Connecting temporary roads to serve construction; agreeing on the route for the construction of a clean water supply plant; moving the power system; coordinating with local authorities to assess the drainage capacity in adjacent areas when the industrial park comes into operation.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall speed up the progress of submitting the list of land acquisition projects and the list of land use conversion for rice cultivation, to be completed before October 6 for the Que Vo Industrial Park 2 expansion project. The Provincial Industrial Park Management Board shall proactively grasp the actual situation, promptly report and advise on resolving any difficulties and problems that arise.

He also noted that communes and wards need to publicize their planning so that people can grasp information, creating peace of mind and consensus during the project implementation process. The Provincial Land Fund Development Center needs to closely coordinate with localities to ensure the progress of site clearance according to the plan.

On the investor side, it is necessary to study and reclaim interspersed and difficult-to-cultivate land from people, and at the same time prepare sufficient resources and funds to pay and handle difficulties during the implementation process.

Besides, he suggested that it is necessary to promptly reward and encourage cadres and people with outstanding achievements, contributing to promoting the progress and effectiveness of project implementation.
