Recently, CIZIDCO Youth Union organized a campaign to plant 150 pine trees in Tam Thang Industrial Park (IP), attracting enthusiastic participation of union members and young people of the company. This is a practical activity, promoting the spirit of solidarity, the pioneering role of youth in the tree planting movement, creating landscapes for IPs, protecting a green, clean and beautiful environment.
With the message "Planting more trees, more green shoots", in recent years, the Youth Union has planted thousands of trees in industrial parks invested by CIZIDCO, contributing to Tam Thang Industrial Park being honored by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) as "Typical Industrial Park of Vietnam in 2022".
Mr. Truong Quoc Son - Secretary of CIZIDCO Youth Union said that the grassroots union has 41 members, operating in 2 branches (CIZIDCO Office Youth Union and Ban Thach Hotel Youth Union). CIZIDCO youth always work hard and be creative for the development of the enterprise, build a strong union organization, especially take the lead in implementing social responsibilities, building "CIZIDCO culture".
Typically, the CIZIDCO Office Youth Union has a total of 16 members (including 8 party members) who have pioneered in digital transformation, improving management capacity, investment management, and infrastructure business of industrial parks. At the same time, actively participating in compensation, site clearance, construction of residential areas - resettlement; supporting operating projects and promoting many new projects such as: Permanent Magnet Factory project of SGI Vina Company, Uc Thinh Vietnam Super White Flower Glass Factory project (in Chu Lai Industrial Park). In particular, focusing on removing obstacles, creating conditions to attract 2 projects: Tire cord fabric factory and Air-fabric factory on a total area of 40 hectares in Tam Thang Industrial Park and Tam Thang expanded Industrial Park.
With that active role, during the past term, CIZIDCO Office Youth Union had 3 members appointed to the company's Board of Directors, introduced many outstanding members to the Party Committee and admitted 3 new members.
Some meaningful activities of CIZIDCO Youth Union include: Giving Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to disabled children, accompanying Ban Thach Ward Youth Union to organize the program "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival 2025" in the locality. Or coordinating with Vietcombank Youth Union - Quang Nam branch, Ban Thach Ward Youth Union, Thang Truong Commune Youth Union and Nui Thanh Commune Youth Union to organize incense offering ceremony, commemorate heroic martyrs; at the same time visit and give hundreds of gifts to support war invalids, sick soldiers, policy families facing difficulties...
Mr. Vu Hong Nhan, Party Secretary, Chairman of CIZIDCO's Board of Members, commented that the Youth Union is the core and pioneering force in creative labor, contributing to building CIZIDCO into "Top 100 green enterprises; Top 100 environmentally friendly green industrial parks in 2023", a place for friendly investment and sustainable development.
