Recently, the CIZIDCO Youth Union organized a tree-planting campaign, planting 150 pine trees in the Tam Thang Industrial Park, attracting enthusiastic participation from the company's youth union members. This is a practical activity that promotes the spirit of solidarity and the pioneering role of young people in the tree-planting movement, creating a green, clean, and beautiful landscape for industrial parks.

With the message "Plant more trees, more green sprouts," over the years, the Youth Union has planted thousands of trees in industrial parks invested in by CIZIDCO, contributing to Tam Thang Industrial Park being honored by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) as "Outstanding Industrial Park of Vietnam in 2022".

According to Mr. Truong Quoc Son, Secretary of the CIZIDCO Youth Union, the grassroots union has 41 members, organized into two branches (CIZIDCO Office Branch and Ban Thach Hotel Branch). CIZIDCO's youth are always at the forefront of labor and creativity for the development of the enterprise, building a strong union organization, and especially leading in fulfilling social responsibility and building the "CIZIDCO culture".

Notably, the CIZIDCO Office Youth Union, with a total of 16 members (including 8 Party members), has pioneered digital transformation, improving governance and investment management capabilities, and developing industrial park infrastructure. Simultaneously, they actively participate in compensation and land clearance, the construction of residential and resettlement areas; support existing projects and promote many new projects such as: the Permanent Magnet Factory project of SGI Vina Company, and the Uc Thinh Vietnam Ultra-White Glass Manufacturing Plant project (in Chu Lai Industrial Park). In particular, they focused on resolving obstacles and creating favorable conditions to attract two projects: a tire cord and fabric manufacturing plant and a gas fabric factory, covering a total area of 40 hectares in Tam Thang Industrial Park and Tam Thang Expanded Industrial Park.

Thanks to its active role, during the past term, the CIZIDCO Office Youth Union had 3 members appointed to the company's Board of Directors, introduced many outstanding members to the Party Committee, and admitted 3 new Party members.

Notable meaningful activities of the CIZIDCO Youth Union include: Donating Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to disabled children; collaborating with the Ban Thach Ward Youth Union to organize the "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival 2025" program in the locality; coordinating with the Vietcombank Youth Union - Quang Nam branch, Ban Thach Ward Youth Union, Thang Truong Commune Youth Union, and Nui Thanh Commune Youth Union to organize a ceremony to offer incense and commemorate fallen heroes; and visiting and distributing hundreds of gifts to support wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and families of policy beneficiaries facing difficulties...

Mr. Vu Hong Nhan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Members of CIZIDCO, commented that the Youth Union is a core and pioneering force in creative labor, contributing to building CIZIDCO into one of the "Top 100 green enterprises; top 100 environmentally friendly green industrial parks in 2023", a place for friendly investment and sustainable development.
