Exhibition of cultural heritage and tourist attractions in Hue

(CLO) The exhibition of tourism space, cultural heritage, scenic spots and traditional handicraft products of Vietnam will take place in Hue.

From April 27 to May 2, at the Hue City Cultural - Cinema Center (41A Hung Vuong, Thuan Hoa District, Hue City), an exhibition on tourism space, cultural heritage, scenic spots and traditional Vietnamese handicrafts will take place.

This is an important cultural and tourism activity within the framework of Hue National Tourism Year 2025 to introduce and promote tangible and intangible cultural values ​​and scenic spots of the country and people of Vietnam.

According to the Organizing Committee, the exhibition space is elaborately designed with multiple layers of messages.

In particular, the general exhibition area "Tourism space, cultural heritage, and scenic spots of Vietnam" attracts viewers with impressive images of heritages recognized by UNESCO: Hue Monuments Complex, Ho Dynasty Citadel, Hue royal court music...

The content of "The ancient and present capital regions" takes the public through a unique historical journey: From Phu Tho - the land of Hung Kings to Hoa Lu (Ninh Binh), Lam Kinh (Thanh Hoa), Hue and Hanoi - places that once played the role of political and cultural centers of the nation.

The Cultural Heritage Space of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups focuses on introducing the cultural heritages of ethnic groups in the regions of the country: Culture of the Northern Delta region; culture of the Northern valleys and high mountains; culture of the Southern region displaying some musical instruments used in Southern amateur music...

For the exhibition space "Vietnamese Silk and the Story of Ao Dai" are stories about Vietnamese silk, through quintessential, colorful silk pieces, which are the traditional cultural nuances of the Vietnamese people.

Here will display and introduce collections of Vietnamese Ao Dai, honoring and spreading the image of the beauty of women with Ao Dai through each period to elevate Ao Dai to a "cultural item" in diplomacy, developing Vietnamese culture and tourism to the world.

The "Cultural Heritage and Scenic Landscape Tourism" space of 31 provinces and cities representing regions across the country introduces tangible and intangible cultural heritages, historical relics, festivals, typical landscapes; types of tourism, tourism products; cuisine and typical products of localities: Ha Giang, Dien Bien, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Phu Yen...

Each region will have its own distinct cultural features. From the Kinh family space with a cozy meal, Dong Ho painting printing, silver carving in the Northern Delta to the Red Dao's ordination ceremony, Khmer pentatonic orchestra in the Southern region, Hue royal court music... All create a colorful cultural picture of the 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam.

Besides, the Vietnamese tea culture space introduces products and exchanges tea culture of the provinces: Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen...

Throughout the exhibition days, there are special art programs gathering artists and artisans from many provinces and cities. These are performances imbued with the identity of each region participating in the exhibition: art program "Shining Heritage Colors", "Returning to Huong Ngu", "Young Rhythm of Life", art exchange "My Homeland Vietnam".

In particular, on the evening of April 30, there will be an art program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, “Vietnam's Triumphant Song”…
