Overview of the congress
Reporting to the Congress, Mr. Do Tien Cong – Chairman of the Company's Trade Union – summarized the outstanding achievements during the past term (2023-2025). The PTSC Thanh Hoa Trade Union has effectively fulfilled its role, closely coordinating with the professional departments to carry out trade union work, care for employees, and promote labor and production emulation, contributing to the excellent achievement of production and business targets. The work of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members has always been prioritized, as evidenced by the review and supplementation of the Collective Labor Agreement with many new points more beneficial to employees, and the full implementation of policies and social welfare benefits. The Trade Union also focuses on improving the material and spiritual lives of its members through meaningful activities such as the "Spring of Solidarity in the Oil and Gas Industry" program and the commissioning of a modern office and sports area at the Truc Lam Office. The creative labor emulation movements and cultural and sports activities have been promoted, attracting a large number of union members to participate, contributing to building a dynamic and united working environment. In addition, the Trade Union actively participates in social welfare activities, spreading the spirit of mutual support and community responsibility among PTSC Thanh Hoa employees.
For the 2025-2030 term, the PTSC Thanh Hoa Trade Union sets the overall goal of "Enhancing leadership capacity, innovating content and methods of operation" to build a "lean, efficient, and strong" trade union organization; focusing on caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers through policy monitoring, improving material and spiritual lives, and promoting the ownership spirit of union members. At the same time, the Trade Union will continue to innovate patriotic emulation movements and technical innovation initiatives to contribute to exceeding production and business targets, building a corporate culture rich in identity, and actively participating in building a strong Party and government.

During the discussion session, the Congress received many insightful opinions, focusing on solutions for developing the workers' movement and trade union organization. Typical presentations included promoting the role of women in the new term and improving labor safety in production and business activities. In addition, regular dialogues between employers and employees were conducted directly at the Congress, demonstrating a spirit of democracy, respect, and listening, helping to promptly resolve difficulties and ensure the legitimate rights of workers.

Attending and directing the Congress, Comrade Le Van Nga - Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company - highly appreciated the achievements that the Trade Union had achieved in the 2023-2025 period. He requested the Trade Union to continue proactively accompanying employees and other organizations, linking the mission of PTSC Thanh Hoa - "Aspiration to serve" - with the vision, core values, and action motto. At the same time, the Trade Union needs to promote corporate culture, build a respectful and fair working environment where all the dignity and abilities of employees are recognized. The Trade Union should continue to promote and improve the living standards, physical and intellectual well-being of employees. These orientations are the foundation for the Trade Union to continue to play its role and contribute to the sustainable development of PTSC Thanh Hoa in the new phase.

Representing the PTSC Corporation Trade Union, Mr. Vu Duc Cuong – Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union, Vice Chairman of the PTSC Corporation Trade Union – congratulated the PTSC Thanh Hoa Trade Union on its outstanding achievements during the past term, acknowledging its innovation, effectiveness, and positive contributions to the overall development of the Corporation's Trade Union and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union. He requested that the new Executive Committee closely adhere to the Congress Resolution, flexibly adjust activities to align with the Corporation's direction, and pay particular attention to the comprehensive implementation of occupational safety measures, treating every worker as a safety officer. In addition, the Trade Union should actively participate in restructuring and digital transformation, while simultaneously improving the capacity and skills of trade union officials at all levels. He expressed confidence that with the spirit of unity and the achievements already attained, the PTSC Thanh Hoa Trade Union will continue to achieve even greater success in the new term.
Comrade Vu Duc Cuong – Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union, Vice Chairman of the PTSC Corporation Trade Union, delivered a speech giving directions.
The Congress proceeded to elect the Executive Committee of the PTSC Thanh Hoa Company's Trade Union for the 5th term, 2025-2030, in accordance with regulations, ensuring democracy, objectivity, and transparency. The comrades elected to the Executive Committee are all exemplary cadres with competence, prestige, and a high sense of responsibility, entrusted by union members with the important responsibility of leading trade union activities in the new period. At the same time, the Congress also elected a delegation to attend the 9th Congress of the PTSC Corporation Trade Union, term 2025-2030, representing the will, aspirations, and voice of the collective members and workers of PTSC Thanh Hoa, and continuing to contribute to the overall development of the PTSC Trade Union organization.

With the adopted resolution and the spirit of "Aspiration to Serve," the Trade Union and the entire workforce of PTSC Thanh Hoa will continue to uphold traditions, fulfill their responsibilities, care for the lives of employees, and contribute to building a renewed, developing, and far-reaching PTSC Thanh Hoa.
