PTSC Thanh Hoa successfully organized the 5th Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030

On October 23, 2025, with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Trade Union of PTSC Thanh Hoa Technical Services Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 5th Congress, term 2025 - 2030. This is an important political event, demonstrating the will, aspirations and determination of the collective union members and workers for the common goal "for the interests of workers - for sustainable development". Attending the Congress were comrade Vu Duc Cuong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Petroleum Trade Union, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of PTSC Corporation; comrade Le Van Nga - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTSC Thanh Hoa Company and comrades in the Party Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Veterans Association, Youth Union, leaders of departments, affiliated trade union groups and delegates representing union members and workers in the whole Company.

Overview of the congress

Reporting to the Congress, Mr. Do Tien Cong - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union summarized the outstanding results in the fourth term, 2023 - 2025 period. PTSC Thanh Hoa Trade Union has promoted its role well, closely coordinated with the profession to perform well the trade union work, cared for the workers, competed in production labor, contributing to the excellent completion of production and business targets. The work of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of union members is always put first, demonstrated through the review and supplementation of the Collective Labor Agreement with many new points that are more beneficial to the workers, fully implementing policies and social welfare. The Trade Union also focuses on improving the material and spiritual life of union members through meaningful activities such as the program "Spring of Oil and Gas Love", putting into use the modern office and sports area at Truc Lam Office. Emulation movements for creative labor, culture and sports have been promoted, attracting a large number of union members to participate, contributing to building a dynamic and united working environment. In addition, the Union actively participates in social security activities, spreading the spirit of mutual love and community responsibility of PTSC Thanh Hoa employees.

During the 2025 - 2030 term, the PTSC Thanh Hoa Trade Union set the general goal of "Improving leadership capacity, innovating content and methods of operation" to build a "streamlined - compact - strong" Trade Union organization; focusing on caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers through policy monitoring, improving material and spiritual life and promoting the spirit of mastery of union members. At the same time, the Trade Union will continue to innovate patriotic emulation movements and technical innovation initiatives to contribute to exceeding production and business targets, building a corporate culture with strong identity and actively participating in building a strong Party and government.

During the discussion, the Congress received many enthusiastic opinions, focusing on solutions to develop the workers' movement and trade union organizations. Typical discussions included promoting the role of women in the new term, improving labor safety in production and business activities. In addition, regular dialogue activities between employers and employees were conducted directly at the Congress, demonstrating the spirit of democracy, respect and listening, helping to promptly resolve difficulties and ensure the legitimate rights of employees.

Attending and directing the Congress, Comrade Le Van Nga - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company highly appreciated the achievements that the Union has achieved in the period of 2023 - 2025. He suggested that the Union continue to proactively accompany employees and mass organizations, closely linking the mission of PTSC Thanh Hoa - "Desire to serve" with the vision, core values ​​and motto of action. At the same time, the Union organization needs to promote corporate culture, build a respectful and fair working environment, where all dignity and capacity of employees are recognized. The Union continues to promote and improve the lives, physical and intellectual health of employees. Those orientations are the foundation for the Union to continue to promote its role, contributing to the sustainable development of PTSC Thanh Hoa in the new period.

Representing the PTSC Corporation Trade Union, Comrade Vu Duc Cuong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union, Vice Chairman of the PTSC Corporation Trade Union congratulated the outstanding results that the PTSC Thanh Hoa Trade Union achieved in the past term, recognizing the innovation, efficiency and positive contribution to the overall development of the Corporation Trade Union and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union. He requested the new Executive Committee to closely follow the Congress Resolution, flexibly adjust activities in accordance with the orientation of the Corporation, especially focus on synchronous implementation of labor safety work, considering each worker as a safety officer. In addition, the Trade Union needs to actively participate in restructuring and digital transformation, while improving the capacity and qualifications of union officials at all levels. He believes that with the spirit of solidarity and the achievements, the PTSC Thanh Hoa Trade Union will continue to reap more success in the new term.

At the same time, the Congress also elected a delegation to attend the 9th Congress of the PTSC General Corporation Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term, representing the will, aspirations and voice of the collective of union members and employees of PTSC Thanh Hoa, continuing to contribute to the overall development of the PTSC Trade Union organization.
