The Communist Magazine delegation works in Dam Thuy commune.

On the morning of December 11th, a delegation from the Communist Magazine, led by Associate Professor Dr. Tran Tho Quang, Director and Head of the Central-Western Highlands Permanent Office of the Communist Magazine, worked with Dam Thuy commune to exchange information and conduct a practical survey on the implementation of the two-tiered local government model, thereby serving propaganda work in the future.

Working with the delegation were Comrade Hoang Thi Lap, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Council of Dam Thuy commune; and representatives from the following units: the Party Building Committee, the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of Dam Thuy commune, the People's Committee of the commune, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the commune, and the Culture and Social Affairs Department of the commune....

During the meeting, representatives from the Dam Thuy Commune Party Committee and relevant agencies provided a brief update on the socio-economic, political, security, and defense situation; the implementation of the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; and the changes, results, and difficulties in the commune's organizational structure after the implementation of the two-tiered government model. During the meeting, delegates from both sides discussed in depth the commune's organizational structure after the merger; methods of managing and exploiting tourism potential; and the local economic development orientation.

Speaking at the meeting, Associate Professor Tran Tho Quang highly appreciated the preparation of the meeting's contents, thanked the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee for providing comprehensive information that helped the delegation gain a deeper understanding of the local reality, the practical implementation of the two-tiered government model at the grassroots level, and other relevant information to build a series of articles on the implementation of the two-tiered government model. He expressed his hope that in the future, Cao Bang province and localities within the province will continue to strengthen information sharing to promote the image and potential of Cao Bang, contributing to widely introducing the image of the people, potential, and advantages of Cao Bang, especially in attracting investment and promoting tourism .
