The Miss Intercontinental 2023 contest is taking place in Egypt. Most recently, the reigning beauty queen Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc appeared here and presented sashes to the beauties participating this season.

The sash awarding ceremony just took place with the participation of the Miss Intercontinental 2023 organizing committee and many beautiful beauty queens who are representatives from nearly 70 countries.

Second runner-up Le Nguyen Ngoc Hang is the beauty representing Vietnam. She attended the Miss Intercontinental 2023 sash awarding ceremony and received the sash representing Vietnam from the reigning Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc.

Hang possesses a youthful, fresh beauty and intellectual intelligence. Most noticeable are her good communication skills, confidence, and mature, intelligent way of answering.

Besides, the beauty also possesses impressive artistic talent as she can sing and dance professionally. She is a student at Western Sydney University in Australia.

She once made fans admire her outstanding sports achievements such as: 2nd degree black belt in Karate at the national level, bronze medal in the Phu Dong National Athletics Competition, bronze medal certificate in the female Karate competition at the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Karate Championship in 2013.

The second runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2022 also won many academic awards such as the encouragement prize in the 2016 Internet English Olympics and the third prize in the 2016 City-level Childhood Pictures. Besides her ability to speak English fluently, Ngoc Hang can also communicate in basic Korean and Japanese.

She is a member of community projects such as the non-profit project for the elderly, The Elderly of Saigon, and the project of career guidance and sharing of application skills for young talents, VOCO Center.

Despite her young age, the GenZ beauty has quite a few achievements in the beauty pageant. Second runner-up Ngoc Hang reached the top 5 "Beach Beauty" and top 9 "Sports Beauty" of the Miss World Vietnam 2022 contest. She won the title of second runner-up "Miss Vietnam" along with the "Talented Beauty" and top 3 "Sports Beauty" awards.
