On the evening of August 8th, the production unit of the music video "In the Next Life, You'll Still Be Vietnamese " officially issued a statement regarding the controversial product.
Accordingly, the company stated that it will proactively hide the AI version of the music video one day after its release.

According to the representative, the music video was made in an evocative style, drawing inspiration from several events, anecdotes, and traditional Vietnamese culture to create a product that is both romantic and fresh, while also expressing pride and love for the country.
"However, some of the visuals have been romanticized. This is not appropriate for a musical product that conveys a certain perspective on Vietnamese history," the unit stated.
The director and crew are receptive to audience feedback, believing that all sincere suggestions stem from a love for their homeland and a desire to improve each artistic and entertainment product.

"To demonstrate our willingness to listen and incorporate all valuable feedback from our viewers, we have decided to hide the AI version of the music video 'In the Next Life, You'll Still Be Vietnamese '," the company shared.
The music video "In the Next Life, Still a Vietnamese Person" was released on the evening of August 7th, featuring a collaboration of four singers: Quoc Thien, Duong Hoang Yen, Quan AP, and Lam Bao Ngoc, along with a special vocal contribution from People's Artist Thu Huyen.
This music video is part of the community art project VietNam Love , conceived and directed by Tran Thanh Trung.
The song, composed by musician Tuan Cry, aims to awaken patriotism and national pride.
The song was highly praised for its heroic lyrics and melody, and its meaningful message. However, the use of AI (artificial intelligence) in the music video's visuals has sparked much controversy.
Many viewers pointed out that the bronze drum motifs were distorted by AI, the national flag was not standardized, the positions of the archipelagos on the map were incorrect, and the writing was unclear. Furthermore, the scene depicting hero Tran Quoc Toan crushing an orange in the plains was shown in a mountainous landscape created by the AI.

Furthermore, scenes depicting historical events such as the Trung Sisters' rebellion and Ngo Quyen's victory have led many to question the accuracy of AI representations.
