With a desire to contribute and a pioneering spirit, they play a crucial role in bringing the Party's guidelines and the State's policies into practice, while simultaneously spreading faith, willpower, and aspirations for building their homeland.
The female Party branch secretary is wholeheartedly dedicated to the people.
After graduating from Gia Lai Teacher Training College in 2014, Ms. H'Tinh (born in 1990, residing in Ia Lang village, Chi Lang ward, Pleiku city; now Hoi Phu ward) chose to dedicate herself to social work. From head of the women's association, vice president of the farmers' association, to secretary of the Party branch and village head, and head of the mediation team, she has always performed her duties well, earning the trust and affection of the people.

The village of Ia Lang currently has 406 households, of which over 85% are Jrai ethnic people. In 2022, when Ms. H'Tinh took on the role of Party Branch Secretary and Village Head, the village still had 8 poor households and 8 near-poor households.
Recognizing that the main cause of poverty and near-poverty among households was a lack of production knowledge, she mobilized and guided the people to apply scientific and technical methods, switch crops, and access preferential capital sources.
She also spearheaded the establishment of a clean vegetable farming association, which helped farmers improve their production skills and facilitated product sales. In just two years, the village had no more poor households, and the number of near-poor households had decreased to only two.
Ms. H'Tinh is very proactive in preserving community harmony, encouraging people to abide by the law, maintaining security and order, and actively mediating conflicts. In the context of digital transformation, she is a pioneer in learning computer science, independently researching knowledge online to guide her fellow villagers.
Ms. H'Tinh shared: "To perform my work effectively, besides dedication, I also need to constantly improve my relevant knowledge. For example, in implementing digital transformation, I participated in many free IT training courses and did further self-study. In 2021, I even enrolled in a distance learning Bachelor of Law program to supplement my knowledge for mediation work and disseminating legal information to the people."
Ms. Bui Thi Lan, Deputy Head of the Party Building Committee of Hoi Phu Ward Party Committee, assessed: “With her dynamism and enthusiasm, Ms. H'Tinh has demonstrated her role as a 'leading figure' in bridging the gap between the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations, to the people. At the same time, she has many practical initiatives in mobilizing people to develop the economy and maintain security and order.”
For her contributions, Ms. H'Tinh has been commended and rewarded many times. Recently, she received a certificate of merit from the People's Committee of Hoi Phu Ward for her participation in the "All People Protect National Security" movement in 2025.
