[Photo] Art program "Tay Ninh

NDO - On the evening of March 30, at the Ba Den Mountain Tourist Area Square, the Tay Ninh art program - Song of Pride took place. The program was jointly organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper and Tay Ninh Province to celebrate the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.

The program “Tay Ninh - Song of Pride” aims to review history, honor the glorious revolutionary tradition of our army and people in general, Tay Ninh army and people in particular in the struggle to protect the independence and freedom of the Fatherland; thereby, contributing to strengthening the education of tradition, patriotism, national pride and responsibility of the youth in the current period.

This is also an activity of "remembering the source of water", expressing deep respect and gratitude, remembering the great contributions of heroes, martyrs and those who have contributed to the country, contributing to promoting gratitude activities in revolutionary lands...

Attending the program were Party Central Committee members: Tran Luu Quang, Deputy Prime Minister; Le Quoc Minh, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Nguyen Thanh Tam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tay Ninh province.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, delivered the opening speech of the program.

At the program, the Organizing Committee presented 10 solidarity houses to the people of Tay Ninh; and presented school supplies and gifts worth 500 million VND to Nguyen Thi Be Secondary School (Go Dau district, Tay Ninh).

Representatives of the Organizing Committee presented flowers to the sponsors.

Artists from the Saigon Folk Orchestra and Phuong Viet Dance Group performed the piece "Up to the Mountains".

The art program opened with chapter 1 "Tay Ninh historical base", aiming to recreate the "hard but heroic" past of the land of "the pioneers and the successors".

Singer Ho Quynh Huong and Phuong Viet dance troupe with the song Tu Van.

Chapter 2 with the theme "Radiant Tay Ninh" began with a folk dance performance by ethnic groups living in Tay Ninh province.

Singer Duc Tuan performs the song "Back to the Golden River".

Singer Noo Phuoc Thinh "burned up" the Tay Ninh stage with the medley "I am a star" and "Oh Vietnam".

Everyone's emotions exploded when the high-altitude fireworks display was performed. In the Tay Ninh sky, the light of the fireworks represented hope and belief in a heroic Tay Ninh in the past, dynamic, creative and constantly developing in the future.
