Northern Vietnam experiences cool weather for many days.

According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, on September 30th, the Northern region and Thanh Hoa province will experience moderate to heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing very heavy rain.

From the night of October 1st to October 9th, the weather in Northern Vietnam and Thanh Hoa will be cool, with cold nights and early mornings. In mountainous areas, from October 2nd to 4th, the nights and early mornings will be very cold.

Hanoi : Cloudy, with moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms. Southeast wind at level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.

The lowest temperature will be between 25-27 degrees Celsius; the highest temperature will be between 30-32 degrees Celsius.

Northwestern Vietnam: Cloudy, with moderate to heavy rain, locally very heavy rain, and scattered thunderstorms. Light winds. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.

Lowest temperatures range from 24-27 degrees Celsius, with some areas below 24 degrees Celsius; highest temperatures range from 29-32 degrees Celsius.

Northeast Vietnam: Cloudy, with moderate to heavy rain, locally very heavy rain, and scattered thunderstorms. Southeast winds at level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.

The lowest temperature will be between 24-27 degrees Celsius, with some mountainous areas experiencing temperatures below 24 degrees Celsius; the highest temperature will be between 29-32 degrees Celsius.

Thanh Hoa - Thua Thien Hue : Cloudy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and night, sunny during the day. In the North (Nghe An - Ha Tinh), scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected on the evening of September 29th and the evening of September 30th, with some areas experiencing heavy rain; Thanh Hoa, in particular, will be mostly cloudy with moderate to heavy rain, some areas experiencing very heavy rain, and scattered thunderstorms.
