Northern region has long cool weather

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that on September 30, the Northern region and Thanh Hoa will have moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, with some places having very heavy rain.

From the night of October 1 to October 9, the North and Thanh Hoa will have cool weather, cold nights and early mornings, and cold nights and early mornings in the mountainous areas from October 2 to 4.

Thanh Hoa - Thua Thien Hue : Cloudy, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and night, sunny during the day, in the North (Nghe An - Tinh) on the evening of September 29 and the evening of September 30 there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain in some places; in Thanh Hoa it will be cloudy, with moderate to heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms.
