Bac Ninh conducts training on the application of new software in land management.

BAC NINH - In order to improve the efficiency of land database management and operation and to streamline administrative procedures in the digital environment, Bac Ninh province organized training on the application of new software for grassroots-level professional staff.

On May 12th, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Bac Ninh province, in coordination with Vietnam Information Technology and Mapping Joint Stock Company, organized a training session on the operation, updating, and standardization of land database information for professional staff in wards and communes throughout the province. The training session was held online for one day.

Officials from Luc Son commune participated in the training session online.

Trainees were introduced by representatives from Vietnam Information Technology - Mapping Joint Stock Company to the benefits and advantages of the VBDLIS land database software; guided through the process of receiving and processing documents; the process of enriching and cleaning land data; collecting information from land certificates; creating reference tables and converting cadastral data from a 3-level to a 2-level management model according to the orientation of reorganizing the local government apparatus.

Simultaneously, professional staff were guided in adjusting data for operation on the centralized digitization system; addressing inconsistencies between spatial data, attribute data, and unstructured data; and connecting and cross-referencing with the National Population Database to improve accuracy, legal validity, and data exploitation capabilities.

This is considered an important preparatory step in building a centralized and unified land database system, meeting the management requirements of a two-tiered local government model, while also shortening the time required to process administrative procedures for citizens and businesses.

Standardizing, cleaning, and synchronizing cadastral data is a crucial foundation for building a modern, interconnected land management system that effectively serves state management and streamlines administrative procedures for citizens and businesses.

The training also helps land management officials at the grassroots level improve their capacity to exploit and operate land databases, enhance the application of digital technology in management and administration, and meet the requirements of digital transformation and building a digital government at the local level.
