Former Deputy Prime Minister Vu Khoan passed away on June 21. The late Deputy Prime Minister Vu Khoan was a member of the delegation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Duy Trinh to the capital of France to sign this Agreement. Nearly 5 months ago, due to health reasons, he could not attend the scientific conference "50 years of the Paris Agreement on ending the war and restoring peace in Vietnam - Historical significance and lessons learned" but he tried to record his private thoughts on the significance and lessons learned from this agreement.
