- On the morning of October 4, the Party Committee of Ky Lua ward coordinated with the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association and the Lang Son Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association to inaugurate and hand over 2 gratitude houses to 2 households in difficult circumstances in the ward.
Specifically, the units inaugurated and handed over gratitude houses to 2 households, including: Mr. Duong Van Sinh, Tam Do block and Ms. Trieu Thi Thom, Na Han block. Both households are families with difficult circumstances, low income mainly from farming, living in degraded houses, not ensuring safety.
Faced with that situation, the Party Committee, the government, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ky Lua Ward connected with units to support the construction of new houses for 2 households. After 2 months of construction (from June to August 2025), 2 housing projects were completed, with a total cost of more than 200 million VND/project. Of which, each household received 60 million VND from the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. The Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association and the Lang Son Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association supported each household with 70 million VND, the rest was contributed by the family and borrowed from relatives.
At the handover ceremony, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ky Lua ward presented two households with practical gifts to serve their family's daily life.
These are works of profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the spirit of "helping each other", sharing difficulties, helping families settle down, having more motivation to develop the economy , and contributing to ensuring social security in the area.
It is known that by August 15, 2025, Ky Lua ward has completed the removal of 60/60 temporary and dilapidated houses in the ward.
