Scale of 18 enterprises selected by the Ministry of Construction to build social housing

According to the consolidated financial report for the second quarter of 2025, net revenue of Vingroup reached VND 46,312 billion, up 9% over the same period and profit after tax reached VND 2,265 billion, up 31% over the same period. Consolidated profit after tax in the first half of 2025 reached VND 4,509 billion, up 120%. As of June 30, 2025, Vingroup's total assets reached VND 964,439 billion, up 15% compared to December 31, 2024.

Vingroup has an entire ecosystem with many fields such as: VinFast is the technology - industrial pillar, in the first 6 months of the year continued to make a strong breakthrough, with the delivery of 72,167 electric cars to the global market, 3.2 times higher than the same period in 2024. In the domestic market, VinFast maintained its leading position in the automobile market with 67,569 cars delivered.

Vinhomes continues to lead the recovery of the real estate market, with sales reaching VND67,500 billion and unrecorded sales reaching VND138,200 billion at the end of the second quarter of 2025.

In the field of Resort Tourism, Vinpearl recorded positive business results with total operating revenue reaching 7,900 billion VND.

Vingroup also recorded many outstanding breakthroughs in other areas of the ecosystem such as education and healthcare.

Another enterprise also selected by the Ministry of Construction is Sun Group . On September 6, this group officially increased its charter capital from VND10,828 billion to VND22,628 billion, an increase of VND11,800 billion, equivalent to nearly USD900 million.

Recently, Sun Group was selected by Quang Ninh province as the investor of the complex tourism service complex with casino in Van Don, with a scale of more than 244 hectares and a total capital of up to 2 billion USD.
