Follow international explorers to explore Nuoc Nut Cave

Nuoc Nut Cave was first discovered in 2003 and has a total length of about 2.2 km. This is an ancient river cave, about 2 million years old, believed to share the same underground water source with Son Doong Cave and Va Cave. The journey to explore Nuoc Nut Cave is built on surveys by international explorers, especially the British Royal Cave Association, making it a safe but equally exciting exploration experience.

You will trek for about 5-8 km through the dense forests and uneven terrain of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park to reach the cave entrance. Explore about 2 km deep inside the cave, where you have to wade through water (water level can be up to waist level, depending on the season) and go through muddy, rocky sections. You will admire the magnificent stalactites , strange geological layers and especially the sparkling underground river running through the cave.

To ensure safety, tours to explore Nuoc Nut Cave (usually operated by reputable adventure travel companies, such as Oxalis Adventure) are operated according to strict standards.
