Handing over Red Cross houses in Dong Giang.

BTO - Recently, a Red Cross house handover ceremony took place in Hamlet 1, Dong Giang Commune, Ham Thuan Bac District, for the family of Ms. K Thi Hieu. This activity is part of the 2025 Humanitarian Month program aimed at supporting disadvantaged families, especially ethnic minority households.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Kim De - Vice Chairman of the Red Cross Society of Binh Thuan province, along with representatives of local leaders, associations, and organizations of the commune.

Mr. Kim De, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Society, presented the decision to hand over the Red Cross house to the family of Ms. K Thi Hieu.

The house, measuring 60 square meters, cost a total of 150 million VND to build. This was the result of collaborative efforts from many organizations. Saigonbank's Binh Thuan branch contributed 50 million VND, the Ham Thuan Bac District Red Cross contributed 50 million VND, and Ms. K Thi Hieu's family mobilized relatives to provide the remaining 50 million VND. The house is not only a place to live but also a symbol of solidarity and compassion, demonstrating the spirit of unity and mutual support within the community, contributing to improving the quality of life for impoverished people.
