It not only preserves many traditional features of the Cao Lan ethnic group but also creates its own unique impression with experiences rich in ethnic identity.

Amidst the verdant hills and rice fields, the Cao Lan people in their traditional attire create a peaceful and distinctive beauty in Trai Xoan village.

The village currently has 136 households with 557 inhabitants from five ethnic groups: Kinh, Tay, Cao Lan, Thai, and Muong. Along with preserving many traditional cultural values, the villagers have established the Trai Xoan Singing Club with 40 regular members, contributing to the preservation of the Cao Lan folk songs and becoming a highlight attracting tourists.

Well-maintained homestays and clean village roads are contributing to a new look for community tourism in Trai Xoan.

At Trai Xoan, visitors can immerse themselves in a unique cultural atmosphere through traditional stilt houses, folk games, experience Sinh Ca singing and bamboo pole dancing, and enjoy many local dishes such as Chim Gau cake, sticky rice cake, and five-colored sticky rice.

The people preserve items that have been closely associated with their daily lives and production activities for generations.

The traditional shrimp-catching dance, set to the melodies of the Tắc Sình river, is performed by the Cao Lan people in cultural activities, vividly recreating their working life connected to the river and the cultural beauty of the people in the countryside.

Currently, the village still preserves more than 20 stilt houses of the Cao Lan ethnic group, creating a space for tourists to learn about the cultural life and community activities of the local people. In 2025, the Trai Xoan community tourism destination welcomed over 2,000 visitors, opening up a new direction in economic development associated with the preservation of the traditional culture of ethnic minorities.
