On the evening of March 22, Ngọt's Facebook page posted a new post, announcing the cancellation of all remaining shows: "We sincerely apologize to the organizers of CAM and Dreamy Cities and the previously promised shows, we have stopped operating. We will take full responsibility and compensate." The band also apologized to fans who had been waiting for them to participate in the show.
Ngọt's move once again caused a stir in the public, suspecting that the band members had disagreements after more than 10 years of establishment. In addition, many opinions were also disappointed with Ngọt's handling of the situation, considering it an unprofessional act towards the audience who spent money to buy tickets to the above programs to support them.
Dan Viet reporters contacted the band Ngọt, however the members refused to answer the reason for the band's suspension.

Previously, on the afternoon of March 19, the band Ngọt suddenly shared the information: "Ngọt officially stops performing from today. Thank you very much! A very meaningful journey. We will continue to produce Ngọt's final album."
Ngọt is a pop rock band founded in 2013, consisting of 4 members: Vu Dinh Trong Thang (vocals, guitar), Phan Viet Hoang (bass guitar), Nguyen Hung Nam Anh (drums) and Hoang Chi Trung (keyboard). The band soon created a buzz in the underground music community nationwide and through many recordings on social networks, gradually becoming one of the prominent artists in the indie music genre in Vietnam.
In 2016, Ngọt released their debut album, which was a collection of their most popular songs. In September 2017, Ngọt released their second album, Ng`bthg . There, the single Em ngay nay, taken from the album, received positive reviews from fans and experts, helping the band win the Dedication Music Award for Song of the Year as well as New Artist of the Year at the 13th award ceremony in 2018.
Ngọt 's third album, 3, was released in October 2019 by LP Club, featuring a mix of funk and pop.
At the end of 2022, Ngọt released their fourth studio album, Gieo , with 11 new songs. The album cover design was done by graphic artist Duy Dao, and was nominated for a Grammy for best album design. Duy Dao also became the first Vietnamese artist to be nominated for a Grammy.
