SwiftKey for iPhone adds three new features: Search, Chat, and Tone. Search lets you search the web without leaving the app and chat with Bing to ask more questions. According to Microsoft, you can use it while you're talking to a friend and want to look something up.
The third feature, Tone, is even smarter. It’s designed to help you communicate more effectively by letting Bing “play” the editor and adjust your text to match your desired tone. For example, if you’re having trouble writing a work email or social media post, Tone can make your text sound more professional or more casual and concise.
After updating SwiftKey, users will see the Bing icon above the keyboard. Click here to see the three new features. Search is available to anyone, but Tone and Chat require a Microsoft account.
Bing AI was introduced by Microsoft in February. Thanks to AI support, the ability to find answers on Bing has been significantly improved. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella affirmed that AI "will fundamentally change every software category, starting with the biggest category: Search".
Bing search engine combines 4 “technical breakthroughs”, including OpenAI model, Prometheus, applying AI to the core search algorithm and new user experience. Among them, the next-generation OpenAI large language model is even more powerful than ChatGPT and is specially customized for search capabilities. It uses important knowledge and improvements from ChatGPT and GPT-3.5. When applying AI model, basic search queries on Bing are also more accurate and relevant.
