The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department surveyed and grasped the situation of propaganda and mass mobilization work in Tan Hung commune.

On the afternoon of August 21, 2025, comrade Pham Minh Luyen, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and the working delegation came to work and survey the implementation of propaganda and mass mobilization tasks from the beginning of 2025 to present in Tan Hung commune, Ca Mau province.

At the working session, the delegation listened to the Tan Hung Commune Party Committee report on the implementation of propaganda and mass mobilization tasks from the beginning of 2025 to present; the work of disseminating, propagating and implementing the Party's resolutions; deploying and supervising the propaganda work to implement the conclusions of the 12th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee; the situation of implementing the arrangement of the apparatus and operation of the 2-level local government.... Tan Hung Commune Party Committee currently has a total of 35 Party cells under the Party Committee (including 02 agency Party cells; 02 police and military Party cells; 12 school and medical Party cells; 19 hamlet Party cells), with 893 Party members; 234 female Party members, 03 ethnic Party members, 10 religious Party members; 39 retired Party members; 134 party members were exempted from party activities (of which 56 were working far away).

Since the beginning of the year, Tan Hung Commune Party Committee has paid attention to and directed the promotion of propaganda and implementation to cadres, party members, union members, association members and people with over 97% participation. Organizing a conference to study and disseminate the 2025 theme of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style online with 118/635 party members, and in person with 512/635 party members. At the same time, the Party Committee promptly propagated and deployed to cadres, party members and people about the purpose, significance and importance of the 12th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, grasping the key and core contents in the Conference documents . The form of propaganda is on various forms on the commune's electronic information page , on digital platforms, the Internet, social networks (Facebook, Zalo, ...); through internal bulletins, documents and publications with rich and easy-to-understand content. The Party Committee regularly directs to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of all classes of people; promote the role of the Front and socio- political organizations in propagating and mobilizing cadres, union members, association members and the people.

  The working delegation acknowledged the commune's initiative in orienting public opinion, fighting against false and distorted information, especially in cyberspace, contributing to ensuring political stability and social order. Implementing the policy of reorganizing the two-level government apparatus, Tan Hung commune has seriously implemented it, following the roadmap. The Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune focused on perfecting the streamlined apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently; reviewing, arranging and organizing the staff and civil servants in accordance with their capacity and strengths. During the implementation process, the commune focused on ideological work, creating consensus among cadres, civil servants and people to ensure the apparatus operates smoothly, serving well the task of local socio-economic development.

The work of grasping the ideological situation, mood, and public opinion among the people is regularly carried out by Tan Hung commune. The system of reporters and social opinion collaborators operates in a disciplined manner, promptly reflecting the thoughts and aspirations of the people, helping the Party Committee and the government to have timely solutions, not allowing hot spots to arise. Currently, the commune is in the process of preparing for the Party Congress, so the work of grasping and orienting ideology and public opinion is given more importance, focusing on propagating major policies, guidelines, and development achievements of the locality, thereby strengthening the people's trust in the leadership of the Party, creating social consensus.

Concluding the working session, comrade Pham Minh Luyen praised and highly appreciated the results achieved by Tan Hung commune in propaganda and mass mobilization work since the beginning of the year. He emphasized that the commune has made great efforts in preparing for the Congress, supervising and orienting propaganda work, implementing the arrangement of the two-level government apparatus, as well as in grasping and orienting public opinion. He hoped that in the coming time, the Party Committee and the commune government would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness and creativity in performing tasks; strengthen the grasp of social thoughts and moods, promptly resolve arising issues right at the grassroots level; pay attention to leading and implementing the strengthening of coordination in propagating and mobilizing people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State; well implement social security work, mobilize gratitude funds, funds for the poor... to promptly support people in difficult circumstances. Promote the deployment and implementation of patriotic emulation campaigns and movements, especially the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement; improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work, promote the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, create consensus and widespread support from the people.
