Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union (HCMC) implements the movement "Digital Education for All"

On the afternoon of August 22, in Xuan Hoa ward (HCMC), a conference was held to announce the decision to establish the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Xuan Hoa ward and appoint personnel.

Attendees included: Nguyen Thanh Xuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Xuan Hoa Ward; and Trinh Thi Hien Tran, Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union and Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Children's Council.

Comrade Trinh Thi Hien Tran and Comrade Nguyen Thanh Xuan presented the decision and offered flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union.

Accordingly, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Xuan Hoa Ward is under the direct supervision of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, with 67 grassroots Youth Union organizations and 5,742 members. The Executive Committee of the Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union consists of 13 members, and the Ward Youth Union Inspection Committee consists of 5 members. Comrade Le Thanh Binh has been appointed as the Ward Youth Union Secretary. Comrade Nguyen Hong Ngoc Bao Tram holds the position of Deputy Secretary and Head of the Ward Youth Union Inspection Committee.

At the program, Comrade Trinh Thi Hien Tran suggested that the Executive Committee of the Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union focus on developing and effectively implementing work programs, in line with the requirements of innovation.

The ward-level Youth Union also needs creative methods and approaches to become a model for reference and replication; at the same time, it needs to strengthen linkages and coordination with neighboring ward-level Youth Unions, contributing to expanding the reach of the youth movement.

In his acceptance speech, Secretary of the Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union, Le Thanh Binh, pledged that the Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union would actively participate and contribute to the successful implementation of the two-tiered local government model, being closer to the people, serving them better, and especially pioneering the "Digital Literacy Movement," promoting digital transformation, applying information technology, and building a digital society and digital people.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union launched a campaign calling on all Youth Union officials, members, and young people to join hands and contribute to supporting the Cuban people.
