Outstanding Young Presenter

Captain Nguyen Duc Phuong, Deputy Political Officer of Battalion 20, Naval Staff Headquarters, is one of the three outstanding contestants who won first prize at the 11th Naval Command's Excellent Orator Competition - 2026.

Participating in the competition with the theme: "Building a solid 'people's support' defense posture to protect the Fatherland in the spirit of the Party's 14th Congress Resolution," Captain Nguyen Duc Phuong spent a lot of time researching documents, updating himself on new viewpoints of the Party, the Central Military Commission, and the Party Committee of the Air Force; developing content that was relevant to the target audience, linking theory with the practical task of protecting maritime sovereignty and islands.

The highlight of your presentation was your profound ability to relate the material to practical situations, and your engaging and persuasive communication style. Avoiding dry theoretical discussions, your essay delved into clarifying the role of the Army and the Navy in building a "people's defense posture," contributing to strengthening the trust and responsibility of both the military and the people towards the task of defending the Fatherland.
