Storm No. 4 moves to the South-Southeast, gusting to level 11, Thanh Hoa has heavy rain

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 4:00 a.m. this morning (July 24), the center of storm No. 4 was at about 16.7°N; 118.3°E, in the eastern sea of the North East Sea, with a level 8-9 intensity (62-88km/h), gusting to level 11. The storm is moving in a South-Southeast direction at a speed of about 15km/h.

Strong winds level 7-8, near the storm center level 9-10, gusting to level 12. Waves 4.0-6.0m high. Very rough seas.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that on July 24, the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, with some places having very heavy rain. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

According to the forecast, the South Central Coast will have sunny days, hot in some places, and showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and evening.

Other areas have scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially in the Central Highlands and the South in the afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain.
