(Photo) Commencement of construction of commercial complex to lead the trend of urban development associated with urban traffic in southern Hanoi

The HDB-Palmy Biztown Commercial Area project, considered the connecting coordinates and commercial center of the southern gateway of the capital, officially broke ground on July 23 in Thanh Liet ward, Hanoi city.

Delegates conducted the groundbreaking ceremony to start the project invested by HDB Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company and developed by Reatimes Holding.

The project is at the forefront of the investment wave in the direction of urban development associated with public transport TOD (Transit Oriented Development), while contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the area.

Speaking with Nhan Dan Newspaper, Dr. Vo Tri Thanh, member of the National Monetary and Financial Policy Advisory Council, Director of the Institute for Brand Strategy and Competitiveness, who attended the groundbreaking ceremony, commented that the real estate market segment for small and medium-sized enterprises with projects of moderate scale but meeting the quality requirements of both legality and new trends is not much, the HDB-Palmy Biztown project is among the few.

Palmy Biztown is a commercial service project of more than 2 hectares, including 142 bizhouses - a new generation real estate model combining business and profitable investment in a flexible space, optimized for commercial activities.
