
This year’s tournament brings together nearly 500 athletes from 27 provinces, cities and sectors nationwide. The athletes compete in 3 age groups, including: 12-13, 14-15 and 16-17 years old. This is considered an important playground to discover, train and select promising faces for the national youth boxing team in the future.

The 2025 National Youth Boxing Championship is not only an opportunity for athletes to compete and accumulate competition experience, but also an opportunity to evaluate the professional capacity of coaches and the training quality of units.
In particular, this is an important preparation step for young boxers before entering international arenas in the near future.
The success of this tournament promises to create momentum for the sustainable development of youth boxing, contributing to enhancing the position of Vietnamese boxing on the regional and international sports map.
At the end of the National Youth Boxing Championship in Ninh Binh , the Hanoi boxing team won the overall first place, including: The women's boxing team won the overall first place in the 15-16 and 17-18 age groups, winning a total of 10 gold medals, 4 silver medals, and 5 bronze medals. The men's boxing team ranked second in the 15-16 age group with 6 gold medals, 4 silver medals, and 2 bronze medals.
