Chef Le Trung said that the bowl of pho called Pho King (King of Pho) is only available in August. The price of this bowl of pho is 3.8 million VND, not including some other fees.
Explaining the high price of the pho, the restaurant said that the high-quality ingredients include whole pieces of baby back ribs, fresh diamond mushrooms, foie gras, high-class A5 Wagyu beef and gold leaf decoration.

“We want to elevate traditional Vietnamese pho to a world-class delicacy, satisfying demanding palates,” said Chef Le Trung.
This restaurant in the Landmark building in Ho Chi Minh City was once famous for its "sky-high" pho bowl priced at 1 million VND. The reason it is so expensive is because the restaurant uses premium Wagyu beef from Australia.
This richly marbled beef is served with handmade pho noodles and a broth made with Australian beef such as shank bone, oxtail, flank and chicken bones, simmered for 48 hours.
Another reason why this bowl of pho is so expensive is because diners can eat pho while admiring the city from above.
With a rather expensive price, not everyone can afford to enjoy a bowl of this pho.

Previously, a restaurant on Ton That Dam Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City introduced a bowl of pho for 2.3 million VND with 7 types of meat including beef balls, thinly sliced beef tendon, beef tongue, beef shank, beef brisket, beef tenderloin and Angus beef.
In Hanoi , some restaurants offer Kobe beef pho for around 600,000 to 800,000 VND/bowl. Or Wagyu beef stone bowl pho at another restaurant, which features ingredients used to cook the broth such as deer tendon, sea worms, beef bones and some herbs and Wagyu beef.
