At the 13th Central Conference, the Party Central Committee elected four additional members to the 13th Central Inspection Commission.

According to the announcement of the Party Central Committee Office, on October 6, the Party Central Committee opened the 13th Central Committee Conference. At the conference, the Party Central Committee elected four additional members of the 13th Central Committee Inspection Commission .

Specifically, including Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province; Major General Tran Van Phuc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police; Mr. Trinh The Binh, Department Head, Secretary of the Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat; Mr. Tran Quoc Binh, Director of Department III of the Central Inspection Commission.

The Central Inspection Commission is a specialized inspection and supervision agency of the Central Executive Committee, performing tasks and exercising powers as prescribed by the Party Charter; advising and assisting the Party Central Committee, the Politburo , and the Secretariat in directing, guiding, and organizing the implementation of the Party's inspection, supervision, and disciplinary tasks.

After the reorganization, the current Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission is Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc; 11 Vice Chairmen are Mr. Tran Van Ron, Tran Tien Hung, Nguyen Hong Linh, Hoang Van Tra, Nghiem Phu Cuong, Nguyen Minh Quang, Hoang Trong Hung, Dinh Huu Thanh, Ha Quoc Tri, Doan Anh Dung and Ms. Tran Thi Hien.

The members of the Central Inspection Commission include: Vo Thai Nguyen, Ho Minh Chien, Nguyen Van Hoi, To Duy Nghia, Le Van Thanh, Le Nguyen Nam Ninh, Dao The Hoang, Dinh Van Cuong, Nguyen Manh Hung, Tran Van Phuc, Trinh The Binh and Tran Quoc Binh.
