After four days of urgent and serious work, with the spirit of "Solidarity-Democracy-Discipline-Steadfastness-Breakthrough-Development" and a high sense of responsibility, on the morning of October 2, the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army, term 2025-2030, completed all the contents and programs set out and held the closing session.
The Congress approved the Political Report, the Review Report of the 11th Central Military Commission; discussed documents of the Central Military Commission, and draft Central documents.
The Congress highly agreed on the direction, goals, breakthroughs, tasks, and solutions to build a "clean, strong, comprehensive leadership capacity, and high combat strength" Army Party organization for the 2025-2030 period.
The Congress passed a Resolution defining 9 goals, 3 breakthroughs, 10 military and defense tasks and 7 Party building tasks, setting the goal of building a "revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern" Army one term earlier. The Central Military Commission was assigned to develop an Action Program and organize the implementation of the Resolution.
The success of the 12th Military Party Congress will contribute significantly to the success of the 14th Party Congress, encouraging officers and soldiers of the entire army to excellently fulfill their tasks, firmly protect the Fatherland and develop a prosperous and happy country./.
