After 2 days of careful preparation from the Organizing Committee, the enthusiastic participation of hundreds of speakers, media experts, and famous journalists, the 2nd National Press Forum 2025 took place successfully.
Speaking at the closing session, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association Le Quoc Minh affirmed: The 2nd National Press Forum has become an impressive highlight in the series of activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day and is an event that attracts special attention from the press as well as the public. With careful preparation in content preparation, guest selection, management and guidance of experienced MODs and the participation of 70 speakers who are leading journalists and media experts... all have brought the 2025 National Press Forum quality sessions.
In the context of the world changing strongly under the impact of digital technology , artificial intelligence and globalization, Vietnamese press is facing unprecedented challenges, but also opening up great opportunities if it knows how to proactively adapt and innovate. The rise of social media videos and news based on individuals also poses huge challenges that directly impact mainstream press agencies. However, the new era also brings many opportunities for the press to affirm its leading role.

To maintain its position and develop sustainably, the necessary solution is for the press to improve the quality of its content and core values; the press must redefine its mission, not to provide the fastest information but to provide the most in-depth and reliable information. This is also the central topic of discussion at this year's National Press Forum.
The discussion sessions at the forum are not only an intellectual space and dialogue for journalists nationwide, but also a place to open up ways and spaces for modern Vietnamese journalism to innovate and create in the spirit of Resolution 57 of the Politburo , developing professionally, modernly and humanely in the new era, the era of national growth.
