This activity is to celebrate the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union , term 2024-2029, and the 23rd anniversary of Vietnam Family Day (June 28, 2021 – June 28, 2024).
With the theme "Together, We Are Home," the program aims to spread the positive values of love, marriage, and family. This year, instead of focusing on honoring young families as in previous years, the program offers a journey of building and nurturing happy marriages and lasting families, establishing a bridge to increase sharing and understanding between couples.
The program's activities include: a communication campaign promoting happy young families and a "Happy Young Family" event on social media featuring infographics, motion graphics, video clips, etc. Simultaneously, educational seminars on maintaining family happiness will be organized, covering practical topics such as: preparing for marriage; skills in maintaining a happy young family in a complex social context; and the values of modern young families in the current era.

The "Happy Young Family" festival is scheduled to take place in October 2024 with engaging and lively activities aimed at increasing connection, interaction, and experiences for young families and couples. The highlight of the program will be a sharing session between exemplary young families and a music night titled "Words of Love We Want to Express."
To become official delegates to the 2024 "Happy Young Family" festival, young families must have a marriage certificate in accordance with the Law on Marriage and Family; be no older than 35 years old; be exemplary in complying with the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State; and actively participate in social work... In particular, the organizing committee highly appreciates young families who strive to overcome difficult circumstances to build a prosperous, happy, and progressive life, fulfilling their roles in caring for, protecting, and educating their children. They must have prestige in the community, be recognized by the government and the people, and possess a certificate of cultural family status issued by the People's Committee of the commune, ward, or town.
