During the program, more than 300 elderly people were screened for common chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, diabetes, and dental problems by doctors from Thong Nhat Hospital in collaboration with the Central Dental and Maxillofacial Hospital of Ho Chi Minh City. They also received advice on health monitoring, complication prevention, and appropriate treatment.
Those with abnormal symptoms are advised to seek further specialized examination at medical facilities, helping people feel secure about their health during the Tet holiday.

In addition, the delegation from Thong Nhat Hospital also donated 10 water heaters to disadvantaged households, five cash gifts, and many other Tet gifts, with a total cost of over 400 million VND. This is not only material support but also a source of encouragement to help people have a warmer Lunar New Year celebration.

This welfare program is a highlight in Thong Nhat Hospital's series of community health activities, demonstrating its commitment to supporting the people, especially the elderly and those in difficult circumstances, so that everyone can enjoy a joyful and healthy Lunar New Year.
