The conference was held online from the headquarters of the Social Insurance Office of Region XXV (Da Lat City) to Social Insurance points of districts and cities of Social Insurance of Region XXV.
Attending the Conference of advanced models of Social Insurance in Region XXV for the period 2025 - 2030 were 152 typical delegates representing 513 officials and employees in the entire Social Insurance in Region XXV; of which, 113 delegates were elected from affiliated units. These are Emulation Fighters of the Social Insurance Industry, Emulation Fighters at the grassroots level, excellent workers, typical examples, the most beautiful flowers in the patriotic emulation flower garden of Social Insurance in Region XXV.
Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Mr. Dang Hong Tuan - Director of Social Insurance Region XXV emphasized: Thoroughly grasping the teaching of President Ho Chi Minh "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation, those who emulate are the most patriotic", in the past 5 years, promoting the tradition of patriotic emulation, emulation and reward work in Region XXV has been led, directed and organized synchronously, creating a vibrant atmosphere among civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole industry.
The emulation movements have contributed to promoting the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, creativity, promoting democracy and striving, overcoming difficulties, creating important motivation to excellently complete the political targets and tasks assigned by Vietnam Social Security, Provincial Party Committees, People's Committees of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong provinces, well implementing social security policies, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.
Emulation and reward work always adheres to the regulations of the Party, the State and the industry. Collectives and individuals are rewarded in many fields, especially the rate of civil servants and workers directly performing professional and technical tasks being rewarded for high achievements is increasing.
During the period 2020 - 2025, many collectives and individuals were commended by the Government , Vietnam Social Security, and Provincial People's Committee Chairmen.
“This conference is an opportunity for us to honor, replicate, and learn from typical advanced collectives and individuals, good people and good deeds, especially those from the grassroots level who directly perform professional and technical tasks and have had many initiatives, solutions, and good and creative ways of doing things that bring practical results to agencies, units, and the Vietnam Social Security Industry.
At the same time, it is also an opportunity to exchange lessons learned and good models for widespread application, continuing to make the emulation movement and the industry's reward work increasingly develop, becoming a regular driving force to promote and improve the quality and effectiveness of all aspects of the regional Social Insurance and the industry" - Director of the XXV Social Insurance Region Dang Hong Tuan shared.

Over the past 5 years, the Social Insurance of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces have always actively responded to and effectively organized and implemented emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister, Vietnam Social Insurance and localities; proactively launched emulation movements to collectives and individuals under their management authority, thereby contributing to actively promoting the activities of the industry in successfully completing assigned tasks and targets.
Social insurance agencies of provinces have carried out annual emulation movements, thematic emulation, sprint emulation... Especially the emulation movement towards the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam Social Insurance (February 16, 1995 - February 16, 2025), thereby encouraging civil servants and public employees to be active, make efforts, and strive to excellently complete assigned targets and tasks. Organize to respond to and implement special emulation movements: The whole country unites, joins hands, and unanimously competes to prevent, fight and defeat the Covid-19 pandemic; The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas in the period of 2021 - 2025; The whole country joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind in the period of 2021 - 2025; Cadres, civil servants, and public employees compete to implement office culture in the period of 2019 - 2025; The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning in the period 2023 - 2030; Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025...
In recent years, the Social Insurance of provinces in the XXV region has supported the construction of 14 gratitude houses in Binh Thuan, Lam Dong, Dak Nong provinces for poor families and policy families in difficult circumstances. Each gratitude house is supported with 50 - 80 million VND from the fund contributed by cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Social Insurance of provinces; mobilized and supported in kind, construction of houses, electricity, roads, schools, stations...
In particular, organize the implementation of the emulation movement to implement Directive 39/CT-TTg dated October 15, 2024 of the Prime Minister to successfully implement the assigned targets and tasks in 2024 and 2025. The target for 2025 is to have 20% of the working-age workforce participating in social insurance; 13.9% of the working-age workforce participating in unemployment insurance; 95% of the population participating in health insurance; the satisfaction index of social insurance and health insurance participants reaches 85%; the number of people receiving social insurance and unemployment insurance benefits through non-cash payment methods in urban areas reaches over 80%.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the Social Insurance of the provinces recognized 362 initiatives with 513 authors, with many initiatives being new, creative, suitable to the actual situation at the unit, having the ability to be applied, replicated and bringing practical benefits, applied to professional activities in many fields such as: Developing participants, debt collection and reduction, office management, administrative procedure reform, health insurance appraisal, settlement and payment of social insurance regimes, issuance of social insurance books, health insurance cards...
The key direction and task of the Social Insurance of Region XXV in the period 2025 - 2030 is to continue promoting the patriotic emulation movement and the work of commendation. Propagating and thoroughly grasping the patriotic emulation ideology of President Ho Chi Minh; synchronously implementing solutions to deploy emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister, General Director of Vietnam Social Insurance, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Director of Social Insurance of Region XXV.
The conference also selected 4 excellent delegates representing Social Insurance Region XXV to attend the 6th Patriotic Emulation Conference of the Social Insurance Industry (2025 - 2030) and 2 delegates to attend the 6th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Finance Industry in 2025.
