The Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee works with Mirabo CareSync Company.

Mirabo CareSync Joint Stock Company is a technology enterprise operating in the fields of healthcare , AI, computer vision, spatial data, and engineering simulation. Established in 2018, the company has branches in Hanoi, Da Nang, Tokyo, and Saitama (Japan).

During the meeting, the company's leaders presented a report proposing two items.

For the healthcare field, the focus is on rehabilitation and geriatrics with the topic: Posture analysis system, range of motion measurement, and muscle component analysis.

This includes applying computer vision on conventional devices to digitize rehabilitation examinations; early detection of postural deviations, and creating objective data for inclusion in electronic health records.

The research project focuses on the development and production of CPM devices to support upper limb rehabilitation for post-surgery and stroke patients; aiming for self-sufficiency in domestic production, cost optimization, and establishing an R&D and production facility in the province.

For the smart city sector, the company proposes building a Digital City Replica platform for Bac Ninh province. This is a unified urban data and simulation platform, serving as the backbone for planning, operation, and climate response until 2045.

The four priority areas for this data platform are: Flooding and drainage; urban heat islands; air pollution and energy; and pre-approval planning simulation.

In addition, the company also highlighted some obstacles and difficulties regarding resources, mechanisms, and the legal framework for open data. Simultaneously, it proposed collaboration with relevant departments and agencies in researching, developing projects, and selecting pilot units and locations…

Speaking at the meeting, Bac Ninh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai affirmed that, in recent times, in the context of promoting digital transformation and meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation, the province has paid special attention to, directed, and organized the implementation of tasks on the application of science and technology, especially in the fields of healthcare, planning, management, and urban development. Therefore, the contents of the report proposing research and implementation in the province by the company are consistent with the province's current requirements.

Agreeing in principle with the proposals presented by the company, the Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee requested leaders of departments and agencies to review and compile a report for the Provincial People's Committee. At the same time, they should continue to work closely with the company; consider and assess the current situation, and carefully research and calculate options to advise on the coordinated implementation of the proposed contents.
